CR Land’s MSCI ESG Rating Upgraded to “A”
Recently, Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) upgraded CR Land’s ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) rating to “A” . It is the third time that CR Land has been upgraded rating in the past five years. Such a rating upgrade demonstrates the further recognition of CR Land’s investment value and sustainability by the capital market.
MSCI is an internationally authoritative investor index compilation company and one of the most authoritative ESG index rating organizations. MSCI gives enterprises seven ratings from “AAA” (highest) to “CCC” (lowest) based on their ESG risk exposure and their risk management level compared with the same industry. Its rating results have served as the mainstream investment reference in the international capital market.
