Starting from the construction and operation of Shenzhen Bay Sports Center known as “Spring Cocoon”, CR Land has established a new development model.
The construction and operation business covers municipal construction, hospitals, schools, parks, culture and sports, comprehensive renovation of urban villages, and reconstruction of shantytowns.

Shenzhen Talent Park

It is China’s first talent theme park covering an area of 770,000 square meters approximately. Extending talent elements from park to city and coastal areas, CR Land carries forward the “great talent concept”, which fully reflects Shenzhen’s respect, concern and incentive for all talents.

Shenzhen Bay Sports Center

Also known as “Spring Cocoon”, it covers an area of nearly 300,000 square meters and the total construction area is about 335,000 square meters. An innovative design called “a trinity consisting of one field and two stadiums” was adopted.
