As the most powerful overall solution and content service provider in cultural and sports space, CR Land set up China Resources Culture and Sports Development Co., Ltd. in April 2017, which is responsible for coordinating and managing culture and sports projects under operation and development across the country, to enhance the development of sport industry and strive to make culture and sports industry the company’s new business growth point. 
Project Introduction

Shenzhen Bay Sports Center

Once serving as the main stadium of the 2011 Universiade, it has a total construction area of about 335,000 square meters, and is located in Houhai central area of Nanshan District in Shenzhen. Commissioned by Shenzhen Municipal Government to CR Land for construction and operation, it was officially open in 2012.

Shenzhen Pingshan Culture Center

The total land area of the project is 73,689.37 square meters and the construction area is about 75,000 square meters. CR Culture and Sports is responsible for operating the exhibition hall, cultural experience hall, convention center, book city, cinema, commercial supporting facilities, parking lots and public areas.

Shanghai Jing’an Sports Center

As the first management output project of CR Land’s sport business, it has a total construction area of 87,000 square meters and is located in Wenshui Road, Jing’an District of Shanghai. It was open to the public in September 2017.

Xi’an Silk Road International Convention and Exhibition Center

The construction of this center will be completed in two phases. The construction areas of the Exhibition Center to be accomplished in phase one and two will be 500,800 (aboveground and underground) and 24,000 square meters respectively; and the convention center will be built in phase two with a construction area of 207,000 square meters.

Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center

The main stadium, natatorium and comprehensive training stadium of Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center will be used as the main stadiums in the 2022 Asian Games. The total construction area is about 580,000 square meters and it will be open to public in 2023.
