CR Land Community Management Policy

1 Purpose

1.1 In active response to the Goal 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities) of SDGs, China Resources Land Limited ("CR Land" or the "Company") is committed to facilitating community development with a sense of responsibility. The Company gets an insight into the close connection between its own business and community development, and takes the impact on communities into consideration throughout the planning, monitoring, and evaluation process of the whole project life cycle. CR Land has formulated and issued this Policy, committed to creating long-term value for its cities and communities, continuously improving infrastructure and supporting services, and promoting positive interaction with society.

1.2 This Policy is applicable to China Resources Land Limited and its major regions, business divisions, and specialized companies. All business partners, including business partners, affiliated companies, contractors, and suppliers are encouraged to comply with this Policy.

2 Assessment and Mitigation of Impact on Communities

2.1 The Company shall comprehensively consider the surrounding environment, social and economic factors throughout the entire project development procedure, including but not limited to the population structure, aging, industrial structure, local indigenous rights, cultural diversity and biodiversity of the surrounding communities, and incorporate the living needs of communities and industrial development needs into planning.

2.2 The Company shall regularly evaluate the potential environmental, social, and economic impacts on communities during the project development process, including but not limited to land pollution, increased noise, waste emissions, traffic congestion, and the pressure on local production and services caused by the influx of project construction personnel. The Company shall also develop and implement mitigation plans for identified risks to minimize negative impacts on local communities.

3 Community Communication

The Company shall establish smooth community communication channels, and regularly communicate with communities in active response to their needs. Resource advantages shall be fully leveraged to provide more targeted support, and thus establish an open, sincere, and harmonious relationship with local communities.

4 Community Integration

The Company shall closely integrate its own development with the development of surrounding communities and cities, and initiate community public services in various aspects such as livable life and cultural development while complying with local laws, regulations and cultural customs. Employees are encouraged to participate in community volunteer services to bring warmth to communities and cities.
