  • 2010: It was included as an HSI constituent and became one of the Blue Chips in Hong Kong.
  • 2010: CR Land implemented a management mode of two-level; headquarters and three-level management and control.
  • 2011: Its businesses covered 39 cities across the country.
  • 2014: CR Land launched a commercial property strategy, devoting to becoming “China’s Commercial Property Leader”.
  • 2016: A business model of “development property + investment property + X” was determined for the 13th Five-Year Plan.
  • 2017: CR Land made breakthroughs with its overseas strategy as they got an office building project in London in May.
  • 2018: CR Shenzhen Bay Urban Complex Project was fully completed.
