1994: China Resources Enterprise invested in Beijing Huayuan and entered the property industry through financial management and control. 1996: It was reorganized into China Resources (Beijing)Land Co., Ltd. and listed in Hong Kong Stock Exchange in November. 2000: It started the development of Mixc City in Shenzhen. 2001: It was renamed China Resources Land Co., Ltd. 2002: National development strategy was established. 2004: Its property development business was determined as one of the main businesses of China Resources Group by State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. 2004: Shenzhen MIXc City opened. 2005: China Resources Group reorganized its property business in November. CR Land became the flagship of the Group's property business and transformed from a residential property developer to a comprehensive property developer. 2008: A differentiated business model of “residential development + investment property + value-added services” was determined. 2009: High-quality brand strategy was launched. 2010: It was included as an HSI constituent and became one of the Blue Chips in Hong Kong. 2010: CR Land implemented a management mode of two-level; headquarters and three-level management and control. 2011: Its businesses covered 39 cities across the country. 2014: CR Land launched a commercial property strategy, devoting to becoming “China’s Commercial Property Leader”. 2016: A business model of “development property + investment property + X” was determined for the 13th Five-Year Plan. 2017: CR Land made breakthroughs with its overseas strategy as they got an office building project in London in May. 2018: CR Shenzhen Bay Urban Complex Project was fully completed.
