Circular on Commending Su Mingqiang and Bai Lijin for Their Meritorious Deeds of Saving Victims Bare-handed

At about 5:25 pm on April 4, 2018, a dangerous situation, in which a 70-year-old man fell off the building, took place in CR Land’s Oak Bay Phase IV in Shenyang. At the life-and-death moment, Su Mingqiang and Bai Lijin, order maintenance foremen of Oak Bay Phase IV Property Service Center, did not fear the danger and caught the old man falling from the fourth floor with bare hands together. In spite of soft tissue contusion, they sent the old man to hospital for medical treatment with the help of other staff. After medical examination, the old man was recovered and discharged from the hospital the next day. 

Su Mingqiang and Bai Lijin took the risk of personal safety and dealt with emergencies decisively and courageously at the critical juncture of customers. Their behavior reflects not only their virtues of goodness and responsibility, but also the customer-centered and people-oriented value culture that CR Land has always advocated. They are learning models for all our employees. 

In recognition of their heroic behavior of saving people bare-handed, the company decided to grant Su Mingqiang and Bai Lijin the “CR Land Positive Energy Award” and a material reward of RMB 50,000 (after tax) per person. We called on all the employees to follow the example of Su Mingqiang and Bai Lijin, learn their professional ethics of loyalty and courage, customer-centered value concept of regarding customer as the family, and noble characters of selflessness and self-sacrifice, fulfill own duties, and create values for customers, showing the responsibility and good image of employees from central enterprises.
