CR Land's Annual Sustainability Report Made Available on the SEHK
On June 25, to review CR Land's visions, strategies, policies on social responsibility and the implementation thereof, China Resources Land Limited (CR Land) Corporate Social Responsibility Committee held its first meeting, which reviewed and approved CR Land's 2018 Sustainability Report. The report has been officially released on the SEHK's and CR Land's websites with the approval of the board.
The said report has been rated the five-star report by the Expert Committee of the Social Responsibility Center of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences for the fourth consecutive years since it systematically makes clear 41 indicators in the SEHK ESG Guidelines and 153 indicators in the China Corporate Social Responsibility Reporting Guidelines to respond to core issues of interest to stakeholders and fully considered the principles of "significance, quantification, balance and consistency".
Up to now, CR Land has issued 41 reports since 2014 when CR Land caused its subordinates to independently prepare reports to accelerate management over them. In addition to CR Land's master report, reports independently prepared by 9 subordinates will come out in this year.
