CR Land Ranks No.1 in the Social Responsibility Development Index of Real Estate Industry for the 9th Consecutive Year

On November 20,2022, the fifth Beijing Responsibility Exhibition and the press conference for the Blue Book of Corporate Social Responsibility 2022 was held in Beijing. This was the 14th year in a row that the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) research group released the Blue Book of CSR. In addition, the CSR development index ranking of the top 300 Chinese enterprises and 15 key industries in 2022 was announced. China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd. ranked No.1 in the top 300 overall list and the list of top 100 SOEs for the sixth consecutive year with a score of 92.8. CR Land ranked No.1 in the social responsibility development index of real estate industry for the ninth consecutive year.

The Blue Book of CSR, compiled by the CASS, is the most authoritative and comprehensive CSR research report in China. The 2022 Blue Book systematically analyzes and evaluates the social responsibility management level and social responsibility information disclosure characteristics of the top 300 Chinese enterprises and enterprises in 15 key industries, forming the China CSR development index series.
